Just how hot is it?
The room is heated to 100-110 degrees. Our IHP and Flow classes hover between 100-103° and our P60 (original Hot 26/2) classes are a sultry 105-110°.

What time should I arrive?
For your first class, please show up 15 minutes early to meet the teacher & get the lay of the land. We respect everyone’s practice. That means respecting their time and doing our best to minimize distractions. Once class starts, therefore, we don’t allow late admittance. This also allows you time to settle in and mentally prep yourself for class.

What to know? What to bring?

A shower towel & mat towel are provided your first class! Yoga mats are not available to rent at the studio, so please bring your own or treat yourself to a new one.

Come well hydrated with an empty stomach. Bring a water bottle with clear water (we ask no sugary drinks because spills and bugs). We’ll remind you to take little sips instead of big gulps to reduce any feelings of dizziness and nausea. Be ready to get sweaty and a little funky as the yoga room is heated to 100-110. We encourage you to remain for the length of the class, but to rest as much as you need!

Anything I should avoid?

Please be conscious of strong scents (perfume, oils, smoke, mat sprays, etc). Some people can be sensitive, and this policy helps make our classes pleasant for everyone.

Can I bring my phone with me?
Sure, right into your cubby along with your other personal items. The hot room is a sacred space free of technology.

Do you have showers?
Yes, we have two gendered bathrooms with multiple showers and cubbies for holding your personal items.

Anything else?

We have water, coco water, and vitamin water for purchase. A dry change of clothes for the ride home is often a good idea too!

When can I come back?

Tomorrow! Get your first 10 - 12 classes in during your first month to acclimate to the heat and start feeling the amazing benefits of Pure Hot Yoga!
