Newbie here, what’s the hot take?
Hi, welcome! Please show up 10-15 minutes early to meet the teacher & get the lay of the land. Come well hydrated with an empty stomach. Bring a water bottle, mat, and full sized towel. Be ready to get sweaty and a little funky as the yoga room is heated to 100-110. We encourage you to remain for the length of the class, but to rest as much as you need!
Enjoy your first month of membership at a discounted rate of $59. $159 per month thereafter.*

Just how hot is it?
The room is heated to 100-110 degrees.
What time should I arrive?
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early. We respect everyone’s practice. That means respecting their time and doing our best to minimize distractions once class starts, therefore, we don’t allow late admittance. This also allows you time to settle in and mentally prep yourself for class.
Anything I should avoid?
Please be conscious of strong scents (perfume, oils, smoke, mat sprays, etc). Some people can be sensitive to perfumes, and this policy helps make our classes pleasant for everyone.
Can I bring my phone with me?
Sure, right into your cubby along with your other personal items. The hot room is a sacred space free of technology.
What should I bring?
Bring a yoga mat, large towel, and water. A change of clothes for the ride home is often a good idea too!
We sell water, and towels are available for rent or purchase (yoga mats are no longer available to rent at the studio so please bring your own or treat yourself to a new one).
What should I wear?
Whatever you’re most comfortable wearing in an active environment. Some wear pants, some wear shorts, some wear tanks, some wear tees, some wear bomb AF onesies. Remember that you will sweat! Please, no shoes or socks in the yoga room.
Do you have showers?
Yes, we have two gendered bathrooms with multiple showers and cubbies for holding your personal items.
Can I eat before class?
Try to come to class on an empty stomach (i.e. Not eating for 1-3 hours before class). A small snack or a piece of fruit up to 1 hour before class should be ok, but everyone is different. In time, you will find what works best for you!
What if I have injuries or illnesses?
Please let the teacher know if you are pregnant, have had surgery, or have any injuries, illnesses, or special conditions. Our expertly trained teachers will be happy to provide you with variations that will support your practice.
What if I am pregnant?
A regular practice before becoming pregnant is required in order to resume practicing during your second trimester. Please contact us for more information.
